3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
• Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order.
• We accept payments via UPI and Scan Code.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

4. Personalization Content

When submitting personalization details or photos, you agree that:

• You have the right to use the uploaded photos and content.
• The submitted content does not infringe any third-party rights.
• The content is appropriate and not offensive.
• We reserve the right to reject inappropriate or unsuitable content.

5. Delivery

When submitting personalization details or photos, you agree that:

• Delivery times may vary depending on location and order type.
• Standard delivery time: 7–14 business days.

Additional notes:

• Shipping charges may apply based on order value or location.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

• Personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
• Defective products will be replaced at no additional cost.
• Customers must report defects within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds for cancelled orders before production begins will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

• All book content, illustrations, designs, and materials are owned by HoneyBunnyTalesAndGifts.
• Customers receive a license for personal use only.
• Commercial use, copying, or reproduction of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

HoneyBunnyTalesAndGifts will not be responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Issues resulting from incorrect information provided by customers.
• Any indirect or consequential damages.
